Sealed bids will be received at the office of the City Administrator (in the City of Calhoun City Hall Building at the above address) up to August 24t, 2026 at 12:00PM. After bids are received, they will be opened and publicly read at August 24th, 2026 at 12:00 PM. Bids will be reviewed from August 24th, 2026 through September 5th, 2026, with the contract award to follow on September 14th, 2026. Upon award of the contract, the contractor shall coordinate and conduct a preconstruction conference with representatives of the City of Calhoun and the Engineer of Record prior to the commencement of work. Construction includes installation of a roundabout at the intersection of Curtis Parkway and Dews Pond Road and extension of the queuing lane on Curtis Parkway.
