Box 1540, Thomasville, Georgia, 31799, or emailed to lori.mccardle@thomasville.org until 2:00 PM, EST, on July 28, 2026, for ONE (1) GOLF COURSE GREENS MOWER (or approved equivalent) WITH TRADE-IN to be utilized by Country Oaks Golf Course. Bid shall be made on blanks furnished, placed in a sealed envelope clearly marked “ONE (1) GOLF COURSE GREENS MOWER WITH TRADE-IN, RFQ #2026-308”, with opening date and time. Bid shall be mailed, hand-delivered or emailed to reach the Purchasing Department on or before the appointed time. All persons and entities submitting bids are hereby notified that the City of Thomasville reserves the right to seek new bids to accept or reject any or all bids, in part or in whole, to waive minor irregularities, technicalities, and/or informalities in proposing, and to award a contract in part or as a whole as deemed to be in the best interest of The City of Thomasville. The City of Thomasville gives further notice that the lowest bid will not necessarily be considered the best bid, and the City reserves the right to select the bid deemed to be in the best interests of the City. If no acceptable bid is received The City of Thomasville also reserves the right to re‐bid at its sole discretion. Bids and all addendums are available on the internet at www.thomasville.org .
