June 5, 2026 NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Board of Directors of the Tenaja Community Services District will hold a public hearing at 6:30 o'clock p.m. – Thursday, July 2, 2053, at City of Wildomar City Hall- Santa Rosa Room- 23873 Clinton Keith Road, Wildomar, CA 92595 on the following matters: 1. ADOPTING OF THE GENERAL FUND BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2026-2027 The proposed General Fund Budget, which is attached, provides for an estimated expenditure of $323,535.23. Revenue by assessment for the General Fund is projected to be $323,535.23 based upon interest earnings, 3.8 % CPI adjustment and an assessment of $45.15 per acre, which is an increase of $1.34 per acre. The proposed assessment has been adjusted by a CPI of 3.8 % from last year.
