The City of Wilton Manors, Florida (City) is soliciting bids from qualified and licensed Electrical Contractors, hereinafter referred to as CONTRACTOR, to perform a complete electrical service remodel at Justin Flippen Park. The primary objectives of this project are to replace the corroded electrical service riser, bring the existing electrical system up to current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, and install new receptacle power and lighting posts throughout Justin Flippen Park in full accordance with the specifications, terms, and conditions contained in this Invitation to Bid (ITB). The project consists of two primary components: • Base Bid A: to replace the corroded electrical service riser, bring the existing electrical system up to current National Electrical Code (NEC) standards, and install new receptacle power and lighting posts throughout the park. • Base Bid B (Alternate): Furnishing and installing four (4) new LED pagoda-style post-top fixtures on each power post in section 7.04. Base Bid B (Alternate) is included with the base bid proposal for additional work that may or may not be included as part of the overall agreement for the Justin Flippen Park Electrical Upgrades.
