NOTICE OF ANNUAL MEETING THE LAKES METROPOLITAN DISTRICT NO. 2 www.thelakesmetrodistricts.com The Board of Director of The Lakes Metropolitan District No. 2 will hold its Annual Meeting pursuant to § 32-1-903(6), C.R.S., on Thursday, November 5, 2026, at 3:15 p.m. The Annual Meeting is open to the public. There will also be an open forum to provide members of the public an opportunity to ask questions about the District. While a quorum of the Board may be in attendance at the Annual Meeting, no deliberations or decisions will be conducted by the Board of Directors during the meeting. Please be advised that in order to become a candidate for the District Board, in accordance with sections 1-13.5-303 (1) and (4) C.R.S., self-nomination and acceptance forms are to be filed with the designated election official no earlier than January 1 and no later than the normal close of business on the sixty-seventh day before the date of a regular special district election.
