It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum No. 3. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Follow up Answer No. 13: The County will require new equipment for long-term leases and purchases. Used equipment may be provided for short-term rentals. Follow up Question No. 14: Will the county please clarify that planned maintenance is for long-term leases and purchased equipment? (Short term rentals would not include planned maintenance) Follow up Answer No. 14: Planned maintenance is required for long-term lease equipment only. Planned maintenance is not required for purchased equipment. Follow up Question No. 15: Will the county please provide a line items on the bid to give us a place to bid an hourly planned maintenance rate for each piece of equipment?
