It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum No. 2. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Attachment A: Revised Bid Sheet 05/21/2026 QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS. Question No. 1: Are annual price adjustments, with proper documentation provided, permitted under the terms of this solicitation? Answer No. 1: Any pricing adjustments after award may only be considered through a mutually agreed upon written contract amendment and must be supported by appropriate documentation and approved by the County. Question No. 2: Is it mandatory to submit pricing for all listed items, or will partial bids be accepted? Answer No. 2: Partial bids will be accepted. Bidders may submit pricing for one or more items identified in the bid schedule. Question No. 3: Please clarify the term of the lease. Question No. 4: Will the County please clarify the statement “bids to remain open for 90 days?” Answer No. 4: The statement means that submitted bid pricing and terms must remain valid and available for acceptance by the County for a period of ninety (90) calendar days following the bid opening date. Question No. 5: The equipment descriptions are vague. Will the County please provide more specific specifications for the equipment listed? Answer No. 5: Additional equipment specifications and requirements have been incorporated into the revised bid sheets. Please refer to the revised bid sheets for detailed equipment specifications and requirements.
