Sealed bids must be received at the Marion County Administration Building no later than Tuesday, November 17, 2026, at 5:00 p.m. EST. Any bid received after the specified deadline will not be accepted or considered. Sealed bids will be opened on Wednesday, November 18, 2026, at 10:00 a.m., and the contents will be made public for the information of bidders and others properly interested. All inquiries regarding this bid must be addressed to Chris Woodberry or Debra Johnson at 2523 East Highway 76, Marion, SC 29571. Contact with other County departments or representatives without permission may render a bid void. Each bid proposal must be submitted in a sealed envelope clearly marked to identify its contents without opening the envelope. Bids will be examined and tabulated after opening, and the tabulation will be made available to participating bidders. 2. No award will be made until the appropriate County staff have had adequate time to review each bid proposal. The recommended award will be presented to County Council in regular session at the earliest possible date. 3. No bid proposal may be withdrawn for thirty (30) days. Bids delayed in the mail or otherwise received after the stated deadline will not be accepted or considered. 4.
