It shall be the responsibility of interested Bidders to adhere to any changes or revisions to the IFB as identified in this Addendum No. 2. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Question No. 1: For the ITS Pull Box Bid Item 750060 please clarify the size of pull box required. Plan sheet 182 legend 1 refers to standard drawing 75-02-1/1, we cannot locate this, we think it is a typo and should be 750-02-1/1. Please confirm. Answer No. 2: This is a typo. The standard drawing is 750-02-1/1 as shown on sheet 18 – list of standards. Please add this Addendum No. 2 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents, hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents and have effects as if originally issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original interpretation and remain in full force and effect.
