It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Attachment A: Pre-Proposal Agenda and Sign-In Sheet Question No. 1: Answer No. 1: Question No. 2: Answer No. 2: For proposal submission, may bidders submit proposals via Dropbox or mail, or are both a hard copy and an electronic copy of the proposal required? Santa Fe County prefers all proposals be submitted via DropBox. Can you please confirm if the 20-page limit includes the cover page(s) and/or section divider(s)? Are the requested sample work product and required forms (Campaign Contribution Form and Certificate of Insurance) excluded from the 20-page limit? The 20-page limit applies only to the response to the Evaluation Criteria. All other required forms and supporting documents are not subject to the page limit. Question No. 3: Answer No. 3: Is there an allocated budget for this project? Yes, the estimated budget is $100,000. Question No. 4: Can the cost proposal include optional pricing for additional services or contingencies? Yes, please identify your additional services and include the optional pricing accordingly.
