Shaffer Commissioner, District 3 County Manager August 12, 2025 SANTA FE COUNTY RFP No. 2026-0001-CSD/BM COMMUNITY ENVIRONMENTAL ASSESSMENT SERVICES ADDENDUM NO. 1 Dear Proponents, This addendum is issued to reflect the following immediately. It shall be the responsibility of interested Offerors to adhere to any changes or revisions to the RFP as identified in this Addendum No. 1. This documentation shall become permanent and made part of the departmental files. Attachment A: Pre-Proposal Agenda and Sign-In Sheet Question No. 1: Has the current public health specialist finished her outreach, or is that ongoing? Answer No. 1: It is currently ongoing. Question No. 2: Will there be a final report created by that specialist, is it available, can you collaborate with the current health specialist? Answer No. 2: Yes, there will be a final report and it will be made available. All of the County’s current work on PFAS can be found by visiting https://www.santafecountynm.gov/public-works/pfas. Yes, she will also be available for collaboration. Question No. 3: Is the PFAS grant available only to homeowners? Answer No. 3: Yes, renters who wish to take advantage of the grant will have to go through the landlord. Question No. 4: What is the budget for this engagement? Answer No. 4: The total available budget for FY26 is $120,000 with expenditure to be aligned to project workload needs. 102 Grant Avenue · P.O. Answer No. 5: It will be up to the offeror to select any subcontractors used for the RFP, and they must be listed in the proposal. Please add this Addendum No. 1 to the original proposal documents and refer to proposal documents, hereto as such. This and all subsequent addenda will become part of any resulting contract documents and have effects as if originally issued. All other unaffected sections will have their original interpretation and remain in full force and effect.
