PROJECT: PADUCAH SPORTS PARK – MCCRACKEN COUNTY DATE OF ISSUE: OCTOBER 8th, 2025 Re: REQUEST FOR PRICING - SIGNAGE ADDENDUM NO. 2 This Document is an amendment of the original Request For Proposal as issued. Wherein this Addendum conflicts with the original RFP, Specifications and/or Drawings, this Addendum shall govern. BIDDER’S QUESTIONS The following questions were received from interested parties regarding this RFP. QUESTION #1 Specifications and visual representation are missing for the following Signs: • Sign Type F1 (Distance Signs), F31–F35 (Qty: 5) • Sign Type F2 (Dugout Signs): F36–F55 (Qty: 20) • Sign Type F3 (Field Netting Signs): F56–F74 (Qty: 19) ANSWER #1 All Field Sign Types F1, F2, F3 are now Type 7 Signs as shown on the bid form and message schedule. Type 7 specifications are shown on the attached drawings: 20250731 Signage_BidPackage.pdf and in the RFP. QUESTION #2 Unable to find sign type W13 – Monument – Custom in the drawings. ANSWER #2 Sign type W13 is shown on the message schedule and should read” Paducah Sports Park”. Shall be aluminum letters and constructed similar to W21 shown on the drawings. QUESTION #3 Unable to find sign type W35 - Dedication Plaque in the drawings. ANSWER #3 The dedication plaque is shown on the drawings and shall be 30” X 20”. The attached link shows visual representation of the plaque: DEDICATION SIGN VISUAL REPRESENTATION.pdf. Draft language on the visual representation is only for bidding purposes. Actual Language to be approved by owner. QUESTION #4 Will the bid date change? ANSWER #4 No, the bid date will not change and is still due Oct 15th per addendum #1. QUESTION #5 Will there be an additional addendum? ANSWER #5 No, there is not enough time to have an additional addendum per bid due date. Please send bid per addendum and revised RFP. ATTACHMENTS 1.
