PROJECT: PADUCAH SPORTS PARK – MCCRACKEN COUNTY DATE OF ISSUE: OCTOBER 3RD, 2025 Re: REQUEST FOR PRICING - SIGNAGE ADDENDUM NO. 1 This Document is an amendment of the original Request For Proposal as issued. Wherein this Addendum conflicts with the original RFP, Specifications and/or Drawings, this Addendum shall govern. BIDDER’S QUESTIONS The following questions were received from interested parties regarding this RFP. QUESTION #1 Bid Date Extension ANSWER #1 All Bids will now be due on October 15th. The attached RFP has been modified to reflect this date, updated bid form link, and updated message schedule link. All other information inside the RFP remains unchanged: 20251003 PSP Signage RFP.docx QUESTION #2 How hard is the date for completion? ANSWER #2 The completion date will be extended to March 01, 2026. Successful vendor will have to produce a schedule complying with this completion date. QUESTION #3 All Room ID’s Signs to include Specifications. ANSWER #3 There are 31 Room ID signs. Bidders will include an allowance of $150/per room to furnish and install ID signs for a total of $4,650. QUESTION #4 Sign Type Clarifications For Field Signage ANSWER #4 All Field Signage listed on message schedule shall be a Type 7 sign per drawing. Final sign graphics and narrative to be submitted on shop drawings by vendor and approved by Owner. All Field Sign Types F1, F2, F3 are now Type 7. QUESTION #5 Bid Form and Allowances ANSWER #5 Bid Form has been revised per the attached link. Bidders are notified to include $7500 allowance for miscellaneous signage as indicated on the bid form.
