Sarasota County is requesting quotes from bidders to provide printing services for the NEST 2025 "Ready it Rains" County calendar. The County will provide an electronic print-ready file (PDF) of the calendar to the awarded print vendor by Friday, November 8, 2024. The awarded vendor will provide a print-ready color proof to the County for review and approval by Friday, November 22, 2024. A request for 13,000 color final copies of the calendar to be printed and delivered to the various locations as shown below, with specifications as follows:a. 11&rdquo; x 17&rdquo; paper that folds to 11&rdquo; x 8.5.&rdquo;b.
