August 11, 2025 INVITATION TO BID Bid number 26-001 Sealed bids will be received by the Choctaw County Board of Education, 107 Tom Orr Drive, Butler, Alabama 36904 at the Office of the Superintendent for duplicating needs and continuous feed paper. The decision as to the awarding of the bid will be based on a study of the prices and other factors which might be important in determining the most advantageous bid in accordance with applicable law. Bids will be opened in the Office of the Superintendent of Education at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, September 4, 2025 and shall be read aloud and considered. Dealers should mark the outside of the envelope “BID ON DUPLICATING PAPER”. The Board reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids, to waive formalities, and to award the contract to the most advantageous bidder. Unit price must be a firm bid covering October 1, 2025 through September 30, 2026.
