ORLANDO SANFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT OVERHEAD DIGITAL SIGNAGE SYSTEM – PHASE1 (RE-BID) 2025-024-RFP NOTICE TO BIDDERS/ REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS SANFORD AIRPORT AUTHORITY NOTICE TO BIDDERS/REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS The Sanford Airport Authority, hereinafter called "Owner," hereby requests sealed bids for the "OVERHEAD DIGITAL SIGNAGE SYSTEM – PHASE 1 (RE-BID)” (Project), at ORLANDO SANFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SFB). The project can generally be described as: SFB, a growing small hub airport, seeks to replace its four (4) existing Daktronics GP4-180x180-20-SF arrival/departure overhead digital signs with a new, high-performance outdoor digital signage solution. This solution will include the displays, supporting hardware, and a robust Digital Signage Content Management System (DSCMS). Future Phase 2 expansion will integrate with the DSCMS implemented in Phase 1, including the addition of new signage and replacement of existing static signage. Electronic Sealed Bids will be accepted on the Sanford Airport Authority’s online procurement webpage up to 2:00 pm, local time, September 11, 2025, at which time all bids received will be publicly opened, the contents noted and read aloud. The opening will take place at the Sanford Airport Authority, 2nd Floor Boardroom, 1200 Red Cleveland Blvd., Sanford, FL 32773. On and after August 12, 2025, Bid Documents will be available electronically and may be obtained on the Sanford Airport Authority’s webpage: https://flysfb.com/procurement/solicitations/ or by contacting Roberta Stanton, Director of Procurement, Phone: 407-585-4013; Email: procurement@osaa.net (hard copies are not available). Bidders must be registered through OpenGov/ProcureNow on the Sanford Airport Authority’s online procurement webpage at https://www.flysfb.com/procurement to be eligible to submit a Bid for the project. A complete examination and understanding of the specifications contained in the Bid Documents is necessary in order for the Bidder to properly submit a Bid. The Bid Documents also include a detailed set of Instructions to Bidders. All Bids shall be prepared in accordance with the project documents. The failure to comply with any requirement contained in the Bid Documents may result in the rejection of the Bid as non-responsive or a finding that the Bidder is not qualified for this Project.
