ORLANDO SANFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT BAGGAGE HANDLING SYSTEM (BHS) PREVENTATIVE MAINTENANCE, REPAIRS AND INSPECTIONS – RE-BID-2 NOTICE TO BIDDERS/ INVITATION FOR BIDS SANFORD AIRPORT AUTHORITY NOTICE TO BIDDERS/INVITATION FOR BIDS #2025-022-ITB-CB The Sanford Airport Authority, hereinafter called "Owner," hereby requests sealed bids for the "Baggage Handling System (BHS) Preventative Maintenance, Repairs and Inspections – Re-Bid-2” (Project), at ORLANDO SANFORD INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT (SFB). The project can generally be described: The Sanford Airport Authority invites firms meeting the minimum qualifications outlined in the solicitation documents, to submit bids for Baggage Handling System (BHS), which includes Baggage Carousels (Claim Devices) and Make-Up Units (MU) equipment, for preventative maintenance, repairs, and inspections, at Orlando Sanford International Airport. The BHS equipment at SFB includes eight (8) inbound belts, four (4) outbound belts, sixteen (16) Fire/Security doors, and four (4) oversized doors. This project supports the Authority’s ongoing commitment to enhancing airport infrastructure and operations. The Sanford Airport Authority is only accepting electronic sealed response submissions. Respondents shall create a FREE account with OpenGov by signing up at https://flysfb.com/procurement/solicitations/. Once you have completed account registration, browse back to the Project page, click on "Submit Response", and follow the instructions to submit the electronic response. Responses will be accepted up to Friday, July 18, 2025 @ 2:00 p.m., at which time all responses received will be publicly opened, the contents noted and read aloud. The opening will take place at the Sanford Airport Authority Welcome Center Vigilante Conference Room. The Vigilante Conference Room is located across from the main airport terminal on the 1st floor of the Welcome Center/Rental Car Building at 2001 Red Clevland Blvd., Sanford, Florida 32773.
