Bids were received September 9, 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Santa Fe Purchasing Division in Santa Fe New Mexico. Pursuant to Santa Fe County Ordinance 2006-60, Procurement Regulations and Policy, Section 51. CANCELATION OF SOLICITATIONS; Any solicitation may be canceled or any or all bids or proposals may be rejected in whole or in part when it is in the best interest of the County; it has been determined that it is in the best interest of the County to cancel the subject Invitation for Bid (IFB), No. 2025-0053-CMO/TJ Office Supplies. All solicitors will be notified by Santa Fe County when there is a determination to re-submit this project.
