The purpose of this solicitation is to solicit competitive proposals from qualified businesses and/or persons to provide lobbying services on behalf of the City concerning matters pending before the Colorado General Assembly. The awarded lobbyist (hereafter referred to as Consultant) shall furnish all personnel, supervision, management, labor, parts, tools, equipment, materials, and/or transportation/travel, and insurance necessary to perform these services.
