Matagorda County American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Invitation for Bids (IFB) April 24, 2024 Re: American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) Dear Supplies Providers: Attached is a copy of the Entity’s Invitation for Bid (“IFB”) for general purchases including equipment for nonconstruction projects. These items are being solicited to assist the County of Matagorda in completing and implementing programs and/or projects funded with its allocation of American Rescue Plan Act (ARPA) funds. The County has received an allocation of ARPA and desire to solicit bids for its programs and projects. Multiple contracts may be awarded as a result of this solicitation. The submission requirements for this IFB are also included on the attached Invitation for Bid (IFB) form. Please submit the IFB to: Kristen Kubecka, Matagorda County Auditor 2200 7th Street, Room #208, Bay City, Texas 77414 Email to: kkubecka@co.matagorda.tx.us The deadline for submission of this IFB is 11:00 AM on Monday, May 20, 2024. It is the responsibility of the submitting entity to ensure that the IFB is received in a timely manner. IFBs received after the deadline will not be considered for award, regardless of whether or not the delay was outside the control of the submitting provider. At the sole discretion of the Entity, events listed in Section 1 are subject to scheduling changes and cancellation. The Entity will make public any changes to the stated schedule. 1.1.2 All requests, questions, or other communication about this solicitation shall be made in writing and addressed to the Entity’s Sole Point of Contact listed in Section 1. Only the Sole Point of Contact may be contacted regarding required elements for this IFB. 1.1.3 Respondent must review all documents and information in the Exhibits section and complete the required documents in the Attachments section and return with the signed bid sheet to the Entity’s Sole Point of Contact.
