The project generally consists pavement rehabilitation (3 layer Treatment system consisting of Type II Slurry (top), asphalt rubber chip (middle), Type II micro (bottom)), grind and replace HMA, base failure repair, utility adjustment, curb extensions, curb ramps, restriping roadway, and sign replacement. The base bid will include work on Rose Drive between McAllister and Primrose. Bid Alt 1 will include work on East 2nd Street from Hillcrest to Rose. Bid Alt 2 will include work on Park Road at Sulphur Creek Springs bridge. The project will be governed by the Contract Documents, including the Caltrans State Standard Specifications, 2023 edition.
