This Pavement Maintenance project includes reconstructing pavement of select cul-de-sacs throughout the City of Boise. Reconstruction will consist of removal of existing asphalt concrete and base as necessary and replacing with 3” SP-3 ½” mix (PG 64-28) over 4” ¾ minus base.
