2022 Lighting and Sidewalk Improvements

Description

The City of Lebanon, New Hampshire is seeking the services of a Contractor for a lighting and sidewalk improvement project. The proposed work will consist of sidewalk removal, new light bases, excavation, conduit and concrete sidewalk and pavement patching. on West Park, Court and North Park in Lebanon. Project involves approximately 500 SY of sidewalk removal, 170 CY of excavation for new concrete sidewalks, 350 CY of dense grade gravel for new sidewalk gravel base, 500 SY of new concrete sidewalk, 7 SY of new colored sidewalk, 5 locations of double panel sidewalk truncated domes, 20 tons of bituminous pavement trench patch, removal of two trees including roots to 24” below grade, two new replacement 3.5"-4” caliper Japanese Maple trees with tree root barriers, 11 concrete light bases, 620 lf of 1.5” PVC electrical conduit, 720 lf of electrical wiring, 200 lf of resetting of existing vertical granite curbing, fabrication of two temporary sidewalk walkway “bridges”, and associated miscellaneous work.
