2022 Double Chip Seal Project

Description

The City of Clearlake (“City”) will receive sealed bids for the 2022 Double Chip Seal Project at the office of the City Clerk, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California 95422, no later than June 30, 2022 at 3:00 PM at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud in City Hall of the City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California. Bids received after this time will be returned unopened. Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms. Plans and specifications for bidding of this project are obtainable at the various bid exchanges and by purchase through California Engineering Company at: 1110 Civic Center Blvd Suite 404, Yuba City, CA 95993, for a non refundable deposit of $30.00. An additional non refundable deposit of $30.00 for shipping and handling is required. Deposit shall be in the form of a cashier's check, personal check or business check.
