Careful note of the Addendum shall be taken by all parties of interest so that the proper allowances may be made in strict accordance with the Addendum, and that all trades shall be fully advised in the performance of the work which will be required of them. Bidder shall acknowledge receipt of this Addendum in the space provided on the Bid Form. Failure to do so may subject Bidder to disqualification. Service Costs    Identify the unit cost for all line items indicated in the Rate Schedule below. Separately, identify any and all services your firm can provide that is not listed on the Rate Schedule. Your rate sheet should describe the services and costs and represent your proposed rate structure tailored to this Project. The cost information provided with this bid will become part of the agreement and will be honored until the project is complete. 2. Rate Schedule  Hourly rates for all services shall commence at the time of arrival at the District job site and end at the time of District site departure. No time shall be charged for employees travel to or from the District site.
