Jasper Independent School District 128 Park St. ▪ Jasper, Texas 75951 Administration Office ▪ Telephone (409) 384-2401 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL WINDOW Replacement The Jasper Independent School District is seeking sealed proposals by mail or in person at the Administration Office, 128 Park St. – Jasper, Texas 75951 for replacement of WINDOW for Jasper High School and Jasper Junior High. Proposals will be accepted until Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Proposals will be opened and read Thursday, November 3, 2022 at 2:00 p.m. Proposal envelopes must be plainly marked “WINDOW Replacement Proposal”, to the attention of Vanessa Phillips, Director of Operations. Proposers accept all responsibility for forwarding the proposal to the address above within the specified time or the proposal will not be considered. The Jasper Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the district and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the RFP process. WINDOW RFP APPLICABILITY These conditions are applicable and form part of the contract documents for the service contract and a part of the terms of each purchase order for service included in the specifications and proposal forms issued here. WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS Proposals may be withdrawn or amended until the date and time due, at which time they become the sole property of Jasper ISD. No proposer may withdraw their proposal for a period of 30 calendar days after the date set for opening thereof, and proposals shall be subject to acceptance by the owner during this period . PROPOSALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED ON THESE FORMS Deviations to the General Conditions and/or Specifications shall be conspicuously noted in writing by the proposer and shall be included with the proposal. In case of error in extension, unit price shall govern. Proposals received after the date and time of proposal opening of the specified proposal will not be considered. Proposals received without proper signature will not be accepted. ONLY SEALED PROPOSALS ARE ACCEPTABLE Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted by Jasper ISD. EVALUATION OF PROPOSAL The District takes into account the following considerations: price, experience and reputation, quality of goods or services, safety record, and any other relevant factor specifically listed in the request for proposal.
