Stevens Apartment 75 Central Street and the Monsignor Hynes Apartments 70 Woodlawn Avenue Ansonia, CT. Bids received after the above time will not be accepted. Bids will be opened publicly and read aloud beginning at 3:05 p.m. All interested parties are invited to attend. The Project Sites may be examined during normal business hours. Contractors should visit the project sites to fully acquaint themselves with the existing conditions and limitations of the proposed work.
