Yes. The State of Ohio prevailing wage rates shall apply to this project. The Contractor shall be required to access updated wage rates via the Internet or other means. Can the City award a bid proposal over 10% of the published ANSWER: Yes, if the requirements of lowest and/or best bid apply. The City also has the right to refuse any and all bids. DEADLINE/BID OPENING EXTENSION: Considering the information in this Addendum, the deadline for submittals will be extended to Wednesday August 17th at 4:00 pm at which time the received bids will be opened and announced publicly.
