RFP 2022-02 ADDENDUM # 1 August 2, 2022 QUESTION 1: City of Bellbrook 15 East Franklin Street Bellbrook, Ohio 45305 T (937) 848-4666 F (937) 848-5190 www.cityofbellbrook.org Is there a required completion date for a timeline submission? ANSWER: Although the City prefers to have the work completed in 2022, it is understood that Asphalt contracting and supplies may delay the project until Spring 2023. If the respondent can accommodate a 2022 schedule, please indicate; otherwise the timeline possible from the respondent is acceptable. The main goal for the project is to have completion prior to heavy rain season 2023. QUESTION 2: Is there an official bid form, or is it up to the contractor to follow guidelines of requirements under the “Cover Letter”?
