ADDENDUM #1 ANSONIA HOUSING AUTHORITY NO. 1 HOLBROOK PLACE RENOVATIONS PHASE 2 1 HOLBROOK PLACE ANSONIA, CT 06401 ANSONIA HOUSING AUTHORITY RFP 2022-2 S/P+A PROJECT NO. 21.081 DATE: April 28, 2022 The following changes to the Drawings and Project Specifications shall become a part of the Drawings and Project Specifications; superseding previously issued Drawings and Project Specifications to the extent modified by Addendum No. 1. General Information/Clarifications: • Pre-Bid sign-in sheet, attached as part of this Addendum. (1 page) • The Owner and apartment residents will NOT be occupying the site during the entire construction period. • A Job-site Walk-Through has been scheduled for May 4, 10:00 AM. • Due date for RFI’s has been changed to May 12, 10:00 AM. • Due date for Bid Submission has been changed to May 20, 10:00 AM. Changes to the Specifications: • Delete: Project Manual in its entirety. Add: Project Manual Revised April 28, 2022, posted to the Ansonia Housing Authority website and the DAS CT Source website. • Summary of Revisions to Project Manual: o Deletion of ALL references to HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development), and Federal funding. o Deletion of Ansonia Residential Wage Rates dated July 1, 2021. o Addition of CT Residential Prevailing Wage Rates, incorporated in the Revised Project Manual. o There are NO REVISIONS to the Technical Specification Sections (Divisions 02-33) in the Revised Project Manual. o There ARE revisions to Divisions 00 and to Section 011000 “Summary of Work” in the Revised Project Manual. • Specification Footers: Revise all footers that indicate “Phase 1” to indicate “Phase 2”.
