Removing all unneeded anchors, hardware, fixtures, and miscellaneous brackets on the building’s exterior. Repairing the building’s exterior surface to match existing texture and finish. Repairing all sidewalks, retaining walls, railings and benches surrounding the building. Paint the entire building and road sign and replace lettering as required. Install awning over identified doors and windows. Ensure sidewalks and surrounding area meets all applicable codes for access.
