2020 DBIP Phase 2 - State Street and 9th Street Reconstruction

Description

The work consists of reconstructing the State Street and 16th Street intersection with concrete paving and widening State Street from 14th Street to 12th Street with concrete paving; State Street from 4th Street to 2nd Street with asphalt paving; and 9th Street from State Street to Bannock Street with concrete paving. The work also includes sidewalk, traffic signal, stormwater, streetscape improvements, conduit, and fiber work.Work must start before September 26, 2022, unless otherwise approved by ACHD.No work is to be done on State Street between 8th Street and 5th Street, including the intersections, while the Idaho State Legislature is in session. The 2023 Session is scheduled to start on January 9, 2023 and most likely continue until March of 2023. See the Supplemental General Notes for more information.
