BID PROPOSAL JASPER INDEPENDENT SCHOOL DISTRICT 1) SOLICITATION NOTICE 128 Park Street Jasper, TX 75951 Jasper Independent School District (“Jasper ISD”, “JISD” or "District") is soliciting competitive sealed proposals from qualified providers (“Vendor”, “Proposer”, “Provider”, or “Contractor”) for providing Speech Language Pathology Services, in accordance with the terms, conditions, and specifications stipulated in this Request for Proposals #2019-007 (the “Solicitation” or “RFP”). Vendor responses (“Proposals”) are to be submitted in hard copy format in a sealed envelope to the Jasper ISD Administration Office located at 128 Park Street in Jasper, TX. Envelope should be clearly marked to identify that it is a response to RFP #2019.007–Speech Language Pathology Services. Proposals must be received no later than 4:00 PM by Tuesday, August 20, 2019. All solicitation documents and any applicable addenda will be made available on the Business Services page under Departments on the district’s website: www.jasperisd.net. If you are planning to submit a proposal, please email Kim Parker at kimberly.parker@jasperisd.net to receive notification of any applicable addenda that may be posted to the website that changes original solicitation. Any additions, deletions, modifications, or changes made to this Solicitation shall be processed through an Addendum, which will be posted on the district website.
