Jasper Independent School District 128 Park St. ▪ Jasper, Texas 75951 Administration Office ▪ Telephone (409) 384-2401 REQUEST FOR PROPOSAL Grounds Maintenance The Jasper Independent School District is accepting proposals by mail or in person at the Administration Office, 128 Park St. – Jasper, Texas 75951 for grounds maintenance service. Proposals will be accepted until April 4th, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. Proposals will be publicly opened and read April 4th, 2019 at 2:00 p.m. at 128 Park St. Jasper, TX. The designated Vendor Selection Committee will review and evaluate proposals based on the selection criteria. Proposal envelopes must be plainly marked “Grounds Maintenance Proposal”, to the attention of John Seybold, Director of Operations. Proposers accept all responsibility for forwarding the proposal to the address above within the specified time or the proposal will not be considered. No faxed or emailed proposals will be accepted. The Jasper Independent School District reserves the right to accept or reject any or all proposals in the best interest of the district and to waive any informalities or irregularities in the RFP process. Check the Jasper ISD website for potential addendums. www.jasperisd.net > Departments > Business Services > Procurement> Open Bids/Proposals GROUNDS MAINTENANCE RFP APPLICABILITY These conditions are applicable and will form part of the contract documents for the service contract and a part of the terms of each purchase order for service included in the specifications and proposal forms issued here. WITHDRAWAL OF PROPOSALS Proposals may be withdrawn or amended until the date and time due, at which time they become the sole property of Jasper ISD. No proposer may withdraw their proposal for a period of 30 calendar days after the date set for opening thereof, and proposals shall be subject to acceptance by the owner during this period . PROPOSALS SHALL BE SUBMITTED ON THESE FORMS Deviations from the General Conditions and/or Specifications contained in this document shall be conspicuously noted in writing by the proposer and shall be included with the proposal. In case of error in extension, unit price shall govern. Proposals received after the date and time of proposal opening of the specified proposal will not be considered. Proposals received without proper signature will not be accepted. ONLY SEALED PROPOSALS ARE ACCEPTABLE Faxed or emailed proposals will not be accepted by Jasper ISD.
