Bid specs The County Commission of Wood County will be accepting sealed bids for nine (9) two-way multi-band VHF-UHF mobile radios which are compatible with the West Virginia State Interoperable Radio System (SIRN). Nine (9) P25 136-174Mhz VHF- P25/P25 Trunking 380-470Mhz UHF Nine (9) AES encryption with multi-key operation FIPS 140-2 (UHF) side Nine (9) DES-OFB encryption with multi-key (VHF) side Nine (9) P25 Conv for VHF and UHF Nine (9) P25 Trunking for UHF, 9600 Baud Trunking Nine (9) full feature control head with simultaneous operation of both VHF and UHF bands Eighteen (18) speakers Nine (9) 17-foot power control cables Nine (9) VHF base loaded antenna’s VHF Nine (9) UHF base loaded antenna’s UHF All associated cabling and power cables All associated cost for labor in assembly and programing (must be a certified state approved programmer) All associated cost for installation of radio’s and antenna’s Winning bidder must be able to perform all installation and mounting within the prescribed time allotment of the grant guidelines. Sealed bids will be opened by the County Commission, during regular session, in Suite 203 of the Wood County Courthouse on Monday Dec 18, 2017 at 10:00 o’clock A.M. All sealed bids must be received no later than 9:30 o’clock A.M. on Monday, Dec 18, 2017 in the Wood County Commission Office, #1 Court Square, Suite 203, Parkersburg, WV 26101.
