Bid Specifications & General Conditions *Please note that we are required to keep all information in a PDF format so we will not be able to provide an Excel Spreadsheet version of the equipment. The North Penn School District requests quotes for the pickup and removal of obsolete computer equipment. The terms of the quote include: 1. All quotes shall be submitted on the enclosed district forms. The bid proposal package should also include: a. Completed and notarized Non Collusion Affidavit. b. Completed bid proposal form 2. Sealed bids “20-21 Obsolete Technology” should be delivered by June 14, 2021 at 12:30 PM to Kristin Johnson at 401 East Hancock Street, Lansdale, PA 19446. The bids will be opened at 1:00 PM on June 14, 2021 via Zoom. Please see the NPSD website, www.npenn.org/bidspec, for Zoom meeting details. The notification of award will occur following board approval June 17, 2021. 3. Equipment is located at the 13 elementary schools, 3 middle schools, 1 high school, Administration building, and Northbridge. Equipment pickup should be scheduled for each location. 4. Equipment will be available for inspection June 7 – June 11, 2021. Submit an Inspection Request Form by June 4, 2021 in order to set an appointment with Sheri Penna, pennasl@npenn.org. Inspections are by appointment only. 5. Equipment should be picked up on a mutually agreed upon date no later than July 15, 2021. Preferred pickup to occur by June 28, 2021. 6. Equipment pickup must be scheduled Monday through Thursday, between the hours of 8:00AM and 3:00PM. 7. Equipment will either be palletized or boxed by the district for removal. The vendor may not stage or reorganize the equipment onsite. 8. Notification of equipment pickup includes 24 hours notice to Sheri Penna either by phone at 215853-1071 or email at pennasl@npenn.org. 9. An inventory list by building is attached to this document. The complete inventory must be picked up. In the event that a need for changes to the listing is identified, the changes will be posted to the NPSD website, www.npenn.org/bidspec. 10. The vendor must provide destruction certificates and assurance of compliance with EPA regulations. 11. A list of building names and addresses is attached to this document for your reference. 12. It is the district’s intent to award the complete lot to one vendor based on the highest price offered or lowest price charged for removal. 13.
