Project Description : The City of Roseville is now accepting bid proposals for the RAC Renovation Project The scope of work for the base bid includes, but is not limited to: The project includes replastering of the competition pool and upgrades to the locker rooms and restrooms to ensure accessibility compliance. Additive alternates have been identified for budget purposes, and include mechanical pit wall repairs, HVAC improvements to the classroom, sports lighting replacements, additional plumbing improvements, door closer replacements, and replacement of the pool surge pit cover.
