NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that proposals will be received by the City of Clearlake (“City”) electronically through the City of Clearlake’s ("City") electronic bidding website (“OpenGov Procurement”), no later than February 23, 2023 at 3:00 PM at which time or thereafter said bids will be opened and read aloud in City Hall of the City of Clearlake, 14050 Olympic Drive, Clearlake, California. Bids shall be valid for 90 calendar days after the bid opening date. Bids must be submitted on the City’s Bid Forms.A Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference is scheduled for this project on February 9, 2023 at 10:00 am at Clearlake City Hall. Prospective bidders are encouraged to visit the Project Site, and may do so without making arrangements through the City Engineer. This project consists of new underground facilities and roadway improvement.
