INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL HOLDERS OF CONTRACT DOCUMENTS The following clarifications, corrections, revisions, additions, and/or deletions included in this Addendum, shall be incorporated into the subject Contract Documents as directed herein with immediate effect. Bidders must acknowledge receipt of this Addendum (including date) on page 03-20 within Section 03 – Proposal. Failure of the Bidder to acknowledge this Addendum may result in rejection of the Bid for non-responsiveness. REPLACE Section 01 Advertisement and Notice to Contractors pages 01-1 through 01-3 in its entirety with Section 01 Advertisement and Notice to Contractors pages 01-1A through 01-2A. Clarification: The Contract Bid Documents, including Plans, Specifications, and Addendums are now solely located on the McFarland Johnson Bid Portal (https://bidportal.mjinc.com/bidportal/index). It is the Bidder’s responsibility to obtain all bid documents (including Addenda) on the McFarland Johnson Bid Portal.
