SEALED BIDS for SERVICE BID NO. 2026-17, FURNISHING CALL CENTER SERVICES (ON AN AS-NEEDED BASIS) , District - Islandwide, County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, will be received ELECTRONICALLY by the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai‘i, until August 6, 2026, at 2:00 p.m. Bids received after the time fixed for opening or delivered elsewhere other than specified herein will not be considered. This procurement consists of paying for all labor, telephony infrastructure, communication software, secure data systems, and applicable taxes necessary to provide comprehensive inbound call answering and message relay services to the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawaiʻi.
