Engineer's Estimate : $300,000.00 Project Description: The Contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, tools, goods, materials, transportation, fuel and incidentals necessary to install the following items and other appurtenances as directed by the District from time to time. The Work for this project includes, but is not limited to, asphalt and concrete restoration resulting from water infrastructure construction including, but not limited to water service installation, routine and emergency water system repairs, and all other work requiring asphalt and concrete restoration. The District intends for this contract to run from the notice to proceed date to the end of 2028. Bidder Restrictions : Contractors must be registered on the District’s Small Works Roster in the category of Asphalt Paving, Concrete Construction, or Water Main Extensions/Replacements at the time of bidding.
