Will the Airport provide a trailer or office space? Will the A/E consultant have to provide temporary office space? Telephone, fax. Email services etc. Will the consultant pay for the testing firm/s? Can the Airport list the firms required ie: Concrete? Steel? Others? If the AE is paying for this service? Response: At this time, the Syracuse Regional Airport Authority does not plan to provide a trailer or office space. The consultant will be responsible for providing their own office space. Add Alt 1 should include Construction Inspection services cost proposed by the consultant. At this time, we do not have a list of the testing required. Consultant is expected to complete the due diligence process on project requirements. RFI #2: Page 20 of RFP. Is this part of Base scope of work or part of Add alternate #1, It would seem as part of base scope of services. Please clarify. Response: All items listed on Page 20 are a part of Add Alternate #1. The A/E firm is not performing actual construction work or acting as Construction manager? Please clarify.
