INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS Your attention is directed to the following interpretations of, changes and additions to the RFP Documents for the project, “100% Design and Construction Phase Services – CONRAC” at Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) in Syracuse, New York. This Addendum constitutes part of the Contract Documents. Bidders shall examine carefully all items and determine for themselves what sub-bidders are affected, and notify all bidders or subbidders of clarifications, interpretations, or revisions affecting their work. Work described in this Addendum shall be in accordance with specifications for like items unless stated otherwise. 2. RFI: We understand that a robust geotechnical/environmental investigation has been undertaken and that this report(s) will be made available to the successful proponent of this RFQ? Please confirm. Same request for a full land/ utility/ boundary/ topo survey? RFI: Criteria 5. Is there a format (table, spreadsheet, etc.) for the identification and breakdown of design fees for the tasks identified for each phase of the work? Assuming Tasks 1-6 need to be broken down by discipline, or by just Design as a phase? If a format is not provided/required, respondents can provide as outlined in criteria item 5, unless directed otherwise.
