INSTRUCTIONS TO ALL PROSPECTIVE BIDDERS Your attention is directed to the following interpretations of, changes and additions to the RFP Documents for the project, “100% Design and Construction Phase Services – CONRAC” at Syracuse Hancock International Airport (SYR) in Syracuse, New York. This Addendum constitutes part of the Contract Documents. Bidders shall examine carefully all items and determine for themselves what sub-bidders are affected, and notify all bidders or subbidders of clarifications, interpretations, or revisions affecting their work. Work described in this Addendum shall be in accordance with specifications for like items unless stated otherwise. 2. RFI: Is there a list of DBE and SDVOB firms that have worked at the airport? Response: See attached list of New York State MWBE/SDVOB firms that have done work for SRAA in the past. SRAA does not guarantee or endorse the quality of the work of any firm that appears on this list, nor do we represent that any each firm is still NYS certified. This list is being provided for informational purposes only; bidders may choose to use the information only as a non-comprehensive source for purposes of identifying potential MWBE/SDVOB team members. 3. RFI: MWBE, EEO, SDVOBs links on page 22 of the RFQ appear to not be available. Is this the only location or are there others to obtain the correct forms, directory of certified firms, more about the program, etc.? Response: Replace entire Exhibit C with the attached updated version. Links have been updated/corrected.
