15 - Provide High Speed Area Network Connectivity Between Five Office Locations

SEALED BIDS for SERVICE BID NO. 2026-15, PROVIDE HIGH SPEED WIDE AREA NETWORK CONNECTIVITY BETWEEN FIVE OFFICE LOCATIONS , District - Islandwide, County of Hawai‘i, State of Hawai‘i, will be received ELECTRONICALLY by the Department of Water Supply, County of Hawai‘i, until June 2, 2026, at 1:00 p.m. Bids received after the time fixed for opening or delivered elsewhere other than specified herein will not be considered. This bid generally consists of providing turnkey solution to connect the five office locations (Hilo Baseyard, Waimea Baseyard, Kona Baseyard, Kaʻū Baseyard, and Waiākea Office Plaza) over a synchronous, full duplex connection. Service Provider is to provide a switch or router at each location and will hand off to the DWS via Ethernet connections. Service Provider is responsible for design, installation and maintenance as well as provide all hardware/software equipment and upgrades.
