Please clarify if new pump/motor skids will need to be blasted and re-coated with System 3 products. In the RFP document, mention is made to not blast/paint electrical components and conduit, but during the official walkthrough, verbal reference was made to include blast/paint of electrical components. Please clarify any specified permits the SRAA would be looking for outside of the standard hot work permit (for any onsite fabrication/blasting) and the DEC permits that may be required for the underground pipe work.
