Notwithstanding other portions of this agreement, this Contract may be terminated if any of the following actions take place: a. The Contractor is no longer qualified as a General Counsel Legal Services licensed to practice that profession in the State of Oregon; b. Any suit is filed against the College regarding the Contractor's performance, which, in the opinion of a neutral third-party attorney, is significant and substantive and has a reasonable likelihood of success; c.
