Present and constituting a quorum were: Jose Lopez Cameron Brown Christine Bowen Cherie Hernandez Kendrick Taylor Chairman Vice Chairman Assistant Secretary Assistant Secretary Assistant Secretary Also present were: Marilee Giles Katie Buchanan Mike Silverstein Jay Soriano Ryan Wilson Chalon Suchsland FIRST ORDER OF BUSINESS District Manager District Counsel by telephone District Engineer by telephone GMS, Operations RMS VerdeGo Roll Call Ms. Giles called the meeting to order at 3:30 p.m. and called the roll. SECOND ORDER OF BUSINESS Public Comment There being no comments, the next item followed. THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS Approval of the Minutes of the November 13, 2025 Meeting Ms. Giles presented the minutes of the November 13, 2025 meeting and offered to take any corrections or changes. FOURTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Staff Reports A. District Counsel There being no comments, then next item followed. B. District Engineer Mr. Silverstein stated I received your email about the pond and I will email you the date I can get out there and look at the pond and that will be in early January. Mr. Wilson joined the meeting at this time. C. District Manager Ms. Giles stated just a reminder to complete your four hours of ethics training before December 31st. D. Facility Manager – Report Mr. Wilson reviewed the amenity manager’s report and the board and staff discussed using the mag lock on the dog park at another location and no longer lock the dog park, and erosion caused by runoff from homes. Ms. Suchsland gave an overview of an issue with a shared irrigation clock. FIFTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Supervisor’s Requests and Audience Comments Ms. Hernandez asked how is the grass doing on the bank where they fed the ducks? Ms. Suchsland stated it still looks good. Mr. Brown asked is there any concern about the sod coming in from Royal Pines? It looks pretty rough in the median. Ms.
