THIRD ORDER OF BUSINESS Approval of the Minutes of the November 13, 2025 Meeting Ms. Giles presented the minutes of the November 13, 2025 meeting and offered to take any corrections or changes. FOURTH ORDER OF BUSINESS Staff Reports A. District Counsel There being no comments, then next item followed. B. District Engineer Mr. Silverstein stated I received your email about the pond and I will email you the date I can get out there and look at the pond and that will be in early January. Facility Manager – Report Mr. Wilson reviewed the amenity manager’s report and the board and staff discussed using the mag lock on the dog park at another location and no longer lock the dog park, and erosion caused by runoff from homes.
