Asbestos Containing Materials (ACMs) were found in the home at 111 Ralston Ridge. Lead based paint was found in both 111 Ralston Ridge and 113 Ralston Ridge. Abatement of the ACMs and lead-based paint is included under this contract. See Attachment A – Asbestos Inspection and Sampling and Lead-based Paint Survey for additional details.
