The County of Calaveras invites qualified contractors to submit bids for the Colombo Building Parking Lot Traffic Coating Project located at 23 E St. Charles St., San Andreas, CA 95249. The project includes all labor, materials, equipment, and services required to complete the work. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Install specified vehicular traffic coating system and all required surface preparation to existing raised concrete parking structure deck. Provide 10 yr manufacturer warranty. Concrete structure estimated at roughly 10,500 SF. Project includes but not limited to the following: Remove and re-install existing parking wheel stops (replace damaged ones) Repair damaged, loose or spawling sections of concrete in preparation for coating system Grind/scarify vertical offsets as needed to remove hazards Install specified vehicular traffic coating system per mfg. detail and scope attached Provide alternate pricing #1 for restriping of parking lot upon project comple
